Walk or Bike
Walk or bike for trips of a few miles or less. Many studies have shown that there are social, physical and psychological benefits of walking to school with your kids, walking to visit friends and walking to local stores (McAllister et al., 2005).
There are many potential benefits of physical activity for kids and some of them are:
